My Industry Resume provides:

  • Pre-designed resume templates for digital purchase and download.
  • Custom resume, cover letter, and portfolio creation services.
  • Career coaching, interview preparation, and networking assistance.
    All services are provided for professional guidance and support. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific career outcomes as a result of using our services.


3. User Accounts and Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payment

  • Templates: Pre-designed templates are digital products available for immediate download upon successful payment. All sales of digital templates are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.
  • Custom Services & Coaching: Custom services (e.g., resume building, coaching packages) are billed as outlined in your service agreement. Payment schedules and refund policies for these services will be communicated and agreed upon prior to engagement.
  • We use third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.


5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All pre-designed templates, website content, design, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of My Industry Resume and are protected by copyright law. When you purchase a template, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the template for your personal, professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim our templates as your own original creation.
  • Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the personal information, career history, and materials (e.g., existing resume, portfolio pieces) you provide to us (“Client Content”). By providing Client Content, you grant My Industry Resume a license to use, reproduce, and modify that content solely for the purpose of providing the services you have purchased.


6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided for guidance and preparation. The ultimate success in a job search depends on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions and individual performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Industry Resume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services or templates.
